Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is comfortable and safe.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist room attendants.
• Deliver towels, linens, and supplies to guest rooms on request.
• Walk floors to collect trash and soiled linen at shift start/end.
• Assist with heavy lifting and deep cleaning as needed.
• Follow department SOPs and respond to guest requests politely.
