Schulte Hospitality Group in North Carolina is seeking a Guest Service Representative to deliver exceptional service at the front desk. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and assist VIPs while maintaining accurate cash handling and security practices.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and a friendly, professional appearance in a fast-paced hotel environment; full-time, on-site schedule with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and assist or transfer.
• Maintain cash handling and balance bank at shift start/end.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data following proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklists and verify ID and payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
