Formación

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education required.

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews daily arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in before arrival.
• Answer the phone within three rings with a smile; direct questions as needed.
• Count and manage the cash bank; ensure proper cash handling and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data using proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklist; collect IDs and payment methods.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties to meet business objectives.
