Qualifications

• Hospitality or front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests at the front desk and assign rooms.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and provide local information.
• Operate PMS for check-ins/check-outs and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and balance cash drawer at shift end.
• Assist with special requests and coordinate with housekeeping for late check-outs.
