Responsibilities

• Operate coat check rooms within established guidelines and procedures at the venue.
• Efficiently and accurately collecting payment for coat check services, cash handling, reconciling cash transactions, and verifying amounts.
• Answer guest questions, direct guests to important areas (restrooms, ATM, VIP areas, concert area) and provide assistance as necessary.
• Enforce all venue policies and procedures; complete trainings and attend meetings.
• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by Management and Supervisors.
• Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team by directing guests during a facility emergency.
