Job summary

Community Action House seeks a Guest Services Associate to deliver a Radically Welcoming guest experience at the Food Club & Opportunity Hub. You will assist with memberships, referrals, and front desk operations, ensuring a respectful, organized space for guests and volunteers.

The role requires strong communication, a team mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a Radically Welcoming environment for members and visitors.
• Welcome guests with kindness and provide outstanding service.
• Complete day-to-day membership tasks and updates.
• Answer calls, manage voicemail, and direct inquiries to staff.
• Connect guests to programs and referrals as needed.
• Manage front desk and reception spaces to stay organized and welcoming.
• Balance the cash drawer and complete cash handling.
• Monitor inventory of diapers, wipes, and formula for distribution.
• Open/close procedures and general administrative support.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure excellent service.
