Job summary

Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility required, must be able to work variable shifts on any day of the week.
• Experience with HotSOS, OPERA, Book4Time, OpenTable, RESERVE, MICROS, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest related calls in a professional and expeditious manner.
• Take spa and restaurant reservations for the resort’s facilities and dispatch guest requests to appropriate departments.
• Support Revenue hosts and activity partners in guest communications.
• Maintain daily communication with the hotel on VIP arrivals, special requests, and daily activities.
