Festival Foods in Marshfield, WI is seeking a part-time Guest Services Cash Office Clerk. You will balance cash drawers, manage cash office processes, and support Guest Services with accuracy and excellent service.

Responsibilities include operating cash office tech, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with team members to ensure store profitability and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience with cash handling and financial reconciliation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and data entry.
• Ability to use POS systems, bookkeeping software and cash management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash drawers daily and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Maintain back-office software, cash recycler operations, and related equipment.
• Enter tender information and financial data into the system accurately.
• Operate cash office technology and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with Guest Services team to support department and guest needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure workspace in compliance with safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in person or by phone.
