Festival Foods in Appleton, WI is seeking a part-time Guest Services Cash Office Clerk to support daily guest services operations, ensure policy compliance, and maintain store profitability through accurate cash office balancing and cash handling.

You will balance drawers, process financial data, assist with cash recycler equipment, and collaborate with the Guest Services team to deliver excellent guest experiences while maintaining a secure workspace.

Qualificações

• High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in cash handling and financial reconciliation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and data entry.
• Ability to use POS systems, bookkeeping software and cash management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain understanding of back-office software, cash recycler operations, and register processes.
• Balance cash drawers and transactions daily with accuracy.
• Enter tender information and financial data into the system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cash office equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and cash to support daily operations.
• Identify and report discrepancies to store management or CORE Security Platform.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests and associates.
• Answer inquiries via phone and in-person with proper etiquette.
• Collaborate with Guest Services team and store leaders to enhance operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace in compliance with safety standards.
• Regular attendance and ability to adjust schedule as needed.
• Support the team by assisting in other areas of Guest Services as required.
