Job summary

Festival Foods is seeking a part-time Guest Services Cash Office Clerk in Marshfield, WI. You will support daily Guest Services operations by balancing cash, handling cash drawers, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and strong customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities include operating back-office software, cash recyclers, and POS systems; assisting with cash management; and collaborating with the Guest Services

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous cash handling or retail experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and data entry.
• Ability to use point-of-sale systems and cash management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain back-office cash office balance and accuracy.
• Balance cash drawers, lottery transactions, and other financial areas daily with accuracy.
• Enter tender information and financial data into the system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cash office equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with Guest Services team to support store operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally.
