Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to identify menu products.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Operate glassware washing equipment and manage ice/beer bins.
• Knowledge of the dish room processes and sorting silverware, dishes, and glassware.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic reading, math, writing and task completion skills required.
• Flexible across all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Minimum age 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and provide responsive, professional service.
• Clear tables, clean surfaces, and transport wares to the dish room.
• Assist servers with pre-bus and bus duties; support to-go orders delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and set up tables for service.
• Deliver food orders to tables and assist kitchen in expediting service.
• Take, compile, deliver and store warehouse orders.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and learn new menu items.
