Job summary

Hilton in Honolulu is seeking a friendly Bell Clerk to welcome guests and support front-desk operations, delivering luggage and coordinating guest requests with bell staff.

As part of our Hotels team, you’ll provide phone support, verify guest details for deliveries, and help resolve issues while upholding Hilton’s light and warmth of hospitality and commitment to exceptional experiences for every stay.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone support: Answer calls promptly and professionally, take orders and messages, and coordinate guest requests with bell assistance
• Verify guest details for delivery: Confirm room numbers and guest names in computer system to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of luggage and items – attention to detail is key here!
• Generate delivery lists: Create and distribute room lists for arrivals, bag pulls, and deliveries
• Handle guest belongings with care: Safely lift and transport guest luggage and packages from service vehicles and dolly carts to storage or guest delivery areas
• Resolve guest concerns: Address issues such as lost or damaged luggage, ensuring prompt resolution
