Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English (oral and written).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service or hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all arriving/departing guests.
• Answer Bell Desk phone within 3 rings and record guest requests.
• Prepare bag pulls for scheduled departures and arrivals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and replenish desk supplies.
• Ensure items are accurately labeled and confidential guest information is secured.
• Maintain guest relations at all times.
• Prepare arrival and departure lists using OPERA system.
