Job summary

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and in uniform, properly groomed with name tag
• Open doors and assist guests with luggage
• Make room deliveries requested by other departments or guests
• Keep lobby neat and presentable
• Show rooms and hotel facilities to guests and potential guests
• Explain hotel facilities while showing people to their rooms
• Inform Front Office Manager/Supervisor of any room requiring attention from Housekeeping or Maintenance
• Arrange activities for guests (i.e., tours, transportation)
• Resolve guest problems and complaints, and report outcome to management
• Attend necessary meetings
