Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Wheelchair Safety Training as provided by Towne Park.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Must read, write and speak English well.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Open doors, give directions, and help with taxis or transport requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the guest services area.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the Account Manager.
