Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Wheelchair Safety Training course required by Towne Park.
• 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to read and write English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage and delivery/pick up of bags.
• Open doors for guests and provide directions and taxi/reservation information.
• Tag bags for storage and ensure safe transport to destinations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest service areas and assist with room changes when needed.
