Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Doorperson at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park in downtown Atlanta. The role focuses on delivering personalized guest service, greeting guests, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with luggage, guiding guests to the Front Desk, coordinating transportation, and maintaining a safe, tidy lobby area while collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to engage guests and provide warm, personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them to the hotel.
• Assist bell stand with unloading and transferring luggage.
• Direct/escort guests to the Front Desk and arrange transportation when needed.
• Log trips from the bell stand and maintain knowledge of hotel amenities.
• Maintain a clean, safe lobby and coordinate with Housekeeping; respond to emergencies.
