Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with their immediate needs.
• Help guests with luggage during check-in/check-out and store/retrieve luggage as needed.
• Provide information on resort amenities, activities, dining, and directions.
• Maintain guest safety and report any hazards or unusual activity.
• Escort guests to rooms upon request and offer a brief orientation of room features and services.
• Deliver special requests to guest rooms (mail, packages, room service) in a courteous, timely manner.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
