Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Bell Attendant for a part-time role at our Jacksonville location. You will escort guests, handle luggage, and ensure a friendly, safe, and seamless arrival and departure experience.

Be punctual, present a professional uniform, and assist guests with inquiries about hotel services and local area. Training is provided; prior guest-service experience a plus. This position supports the Parking Operations team and requires varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and guidance.
• Punctuality and neat personal appearance required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to accommodations and assist with luggage.
• Read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and detach portions for guests.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance in uniform.
• Answer guest questions about hotel services and local area.
• Flag guest feedback to management as needed.
• Be punctual for every scheduled shift.
• Assist supervisors with additional duties as assigned.
