Job summary

Marriott Dallas Las Colinas is seeking a friendly Bell Person to join the Front Office team in Irving, TX. You will assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and explain hotel amenities, while maintaining a welcoming, professional presence throughout the property.

The role supports guest arrivals and departures with a focus on anticipating needs and delivering memorable hospitality. A customer-service background and polished appearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, bell service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving and departing guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival, departure, and room changes.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features, hotel amenities, and available services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide personalized assistance.
• Assist guests with directions, transportation information, and local area recommendations.
• Handle luggage carefully and ensure it is delivered to the correct guest and room.
• Assist with special requests to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain a professional, approachable, and service-oriented presence in guest areas.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to support arrivals/departures.
• Maintain lobby, bell stand, and entrance appearance and security.
