Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a courteous bellperson to assist guests with luggage, greet arrivals, and coordinate luggage handling for tour groups. You will support front desk operations and communicate guest concerns to staff promptly.

The role requires standing for most of the shift, fluency in English, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Prior hotel/casino bellman experience is preferred, with a professional appearance and strong guest service mindset.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel/casino bellman experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand/walk ~90% of shift.
• Present a professional, impeccable appearance with excellent communication.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must lift up to 75 pounds and navigate bell carts.
• Ability to work with urgency and efficiency.
• Certifications/licenses per gaming regulations may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests upon arrival at the front desk area and assist with luggage.
• Coordinate tour group luggage handling and escort guests to rooms.
• Prepare room lists for arriving and departing groups.
• Retrieve and operate bell cart; transport luggage to and from rooms.
• Escort guests and assist with car rentals, airline, show, and tour reservations.
• Resolve guest concerns or disputes and communicate with staff accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness/order in bell stand and luggage area; report security concerns.
