Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Bristol is seeking a friendly Server – Casino Service to deliver prompt, courteous service to guests, take drink orders, serve beverages, and clear tables. You will help create an engaging environment that blows guests away and build lasting guest relationships.

Essential duties include taking orders, handling payments, adhering to liquor laws and casino policies, maintaining a clean station, and supporting the Food and Beverage team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must have valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and Gaming Badge.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work in noisy, smoke-filled environments.
Flexible schedule availability; able to sit 20% and walk 80%.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous service; take orders, serve beverages, and clear tables.
Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Bristol and build guest relations.
Adhere to food and beverage policies and state liquor laws.
Complete all setup duties on time and keep station clean.
Handle monies and settle guest checks; support Beverage Manager as needed.
