Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a friendly Guest Services Staff member for Lucas Oil Stadium & ICC in Indianapolis. You will greet attendees, assist with directions, answer questions, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment during events.

This part-time role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-service or hospitality experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event set-up, including arranging equipment and signage.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness and adherence to venue policies.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Adhere to company policies to maintain professionalism and service quality.
