Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking a part-time Guest Services Staff member for Dallas Stadium in Arlington, TX. Join a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service to event attendees and help ensure smooth operations during high-attendance events.

You will assist with set-up, guide guests, handle inquiries, and support crowd management while maintaining professionalism and a positive experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees.
• Assist with event set-up, including equipment, signage, and other tasks.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating areas, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for attendees.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines to maintain service excellence.
