You will quote room rates, help guests with reservations, handle payments, and ensure accurate folio details while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong English communication, a positive attitude, and attention to detail to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent English reading, writing and comprehension.
• Basic math skills and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout.
• Provide resort information and assist with reservations and room rate quotes.
• Process payments and balance cash receipts following procedures.
• Answer guest inquiries quickly and thoroughly to ensure satisfaction.
