Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of hotel front desk experience or related hospitality/customer service experience desired.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license and maintain eligibility.
• No termination from Bay Mills within the last year.
• Must present a professional appearance and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Answer calls promptly and direct to appropriate extensions.
• Handle reservations and input in the OPERA system.
• Process payments and post charges to guest folios.
• Ensure smooth check-in/out and guest satisfaction programs.
• Coordinate with maintenance/housekeeping on guest needs.
