Qualifications

• Strong mathematical aptitude required.
• Able to perform sedentary work with standing.
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment screenings for a Gaming License.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with cash handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at the Hotel Front Desk.
• Handle currency, coins, and coupons accurately.
• Register guests and reconcile accounts.
• Make and modify reservations.
• Follow all NWCR policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Flexible to work in any assigned area.
