Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Central Park is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver prompt, courteous service at our busy hotel. The successful candidate will be service oriented, friendly, and reliable, with hotel experience preferred.

This full-time role includes registration, guest assistance, payments, and handling inquiries while maintaining a neat appearance and following safety procedures. Join our team and help ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in calculator use and basic arithmetic.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to input and retrieve information in a computer system.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform front desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide information.
• Complete registration and manage room assignments using the computer system.
• Process payments and balance the house bank as needed.
• Answer phones in clear English and relay messages.
• Resolve guest concerns and assist with problem solving.
• Maintain safety procedures and a neat, professional appearance.
• Support other front desk staff as needed.
• Perform related duties as requested by supervisor.
