Job summary

Two Capes Lookout seeks a friendly, dependable Front Desk / Guest Services Associate to join a small hospitality team in Cloverdale, CA. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants and offer scheduling flexibility for the right candidate.

In this role you will greet guests, assist with check-ins/outs, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, along with solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, lodging, customer service, or similar service environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm first impression.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest questions.
• Answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Resolve guest requests with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Provide information about the property and surrounding area.
• Perform front desk and administrative tasks.
• Use computers and property management software.
• Coordinate with team for smooth guest experience.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
