Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a friendly Dining Attendant to support dinner service. You will replenish supplies, serve guests, and maintain a clean dining area while providing attentive hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Restock supplies at bus stands, kitchen, and lounge during dinner service.
• Serve water and refill glasses; keep dining area clean.
• Assist janitorial staff with trash removal and spill cleanup.
• Greet guests when host/hostess is unavailable and upsell menu items.
• Ensure timely delivery of food orders and respond to guest questions.

The Wilderness Resort is seeking a hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

The Dining Attendant is responsible for replenishing supplies to bus stands, kitchen, and lounge during dinner service.

This is a part- or full-time position with night and weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Organize tables efficiently without making noise.
• Serving water and refilling glasses as needed.
• Cleaning the dining area and serving stations.
• Assisting janitorial staff with trash removal.
• Assist with cleaning up spills.
• Greet guests in the absence of the host or hostess.
• Making suggestions about menu selections when asked.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of food orders.
• Handling guest's queries and concerns efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
