European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role requires strong sales skills and a welcoming attitude, with duties at the front desk and across daily center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/promotion, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line
• Manage front desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance

• Strong sales and guest service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
