The Beauty Institute - Stroudsburg, PA invites a friendly Guest Services Associate to join our campus team. As the first face through our doors, you will greet clients, schedule appointments, book clients to achieve salon goals, and support daily operations.

You will maintain a pleasant environment for students, teachers and clients, answer phones, assist with inventory and orders, and generate daily reports, always delivering outstanding customer service.

• Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently and with courtesy.
• Answer phones and assist with inventory and placing orders as needed.
