Job summary

ZMC Hotels, LLC in Altus, OK is seeking a friendly, fast, and reliable guest services associate to handle check-ins during peak hours and help guests enjoy their stay.

Shifts run 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am. You will address guest questions, resolve concerns, and support bell staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures, while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are treated efficiently and courteously and standards are applied by all staff.

• Supervise bell staff to ensure arrivals, departures and guest contact are efficient and friendly.

These are 8 hour shifts that range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members.
• Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete
• Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Supervise the activities and the service levels of the bell staff to ensure that the arrival, departures and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
