Job summary

ZMC Hotels is seeking a fast, fun, and friendly front desk associate to check in guests during peak hours, provide a warm welcome, and help make their stay enjoyable. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to top-notch guest service.

These are 8-hour shifts that span 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Must have thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Basic computational ability is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests are treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that standards are applied by staff.
• Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory status to optimize revenue while meeting guest expectations.
• Supervise bell staff activities to ensure efficient and friendly arrivals and departures.

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Supervise the activities and the service levels of the bell staff to ensure that the arrival, departures and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
