Job summary

Talentify in Oklahoma Altus is seeking a fast, friendly front desk/guest services teammate to check in guests during peak hours and deliver the classic hospitality smile. You will answer questions and help guests enjoy their stay, working as part of an upbeat team.

Shifts are 8 hours: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am; full-time opportunities with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests are treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are applied by all staff members.
• Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete.
• Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Supervise the activities and the service levels of the bell staff to ensure arrival, departures and all other guest contact are conducted efficiently and warmly.
