YOUR ROLE AS A: Guest Services Assistant

You'll be the friendly face our guests remember! As a Guest Services Assistant, you'll ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for everyone on the ground, making their journey with us a breeze.

  1. Seamless Check-in: Verify documents, issue boarding passes, and manage luggage efficiently.
  2. Guest Support: Assist all passengers, including those with special needs, for easy boarding and deplaning.
  3. Document Management: Handle travel documents meticulously to ensure accuracy.
  4. Security Champion: Conduct security checks following all procedures to maintain safety.
