Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador at the Clarion Hotel Anaheim. You will serve as the essential face of the hotel, handling front desk duties, guest interactions, and basic hospitality operations with efficiency and courtesy.

You will collaborate across departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience, manage reservations and inquiries, and support safety, documentation, and revenue initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document work activity and adhere to company policies.
• Support revenue goals through lead management and upselling ancillary services.
