Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Skills: Read, write, and speak English proficiently; effective communication with staff and guests; conflict management, negotiation, and sales skills.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional guest relations by greeting guests, assisting, seeking feedback, and resolving conflicts.
• Coordinate front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, property tours, and sales events.
• Ensure safety and compliance, respond to emergencies per procedures, and inspect spaces daily.
• Document all activities and follow policies; contribute to financial success through lead management and revenue-generating offerings.
