Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Provide friendly guest service.
• Understand and comply with proper food handling and serving regulations.
• Capable of cash handling and transactions.
• Proficient with computer, calculator, phone, and other office equipment.
• Attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
• Consistent professional attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests using the TMS system.
• Assist service team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inform guests of features and promotions; provide menu suggestions.
• Deliver food and beverages; provide refills when possible.
• Maintain server assistant stand and front lobby area; ensure cleanliness.
• Answer phones; assist guests with questions in a friendly manner.
• Take and manage takeout orders; verify order accuracy.
• Observe tables; clear dirty tables and reset for guests.
• Support team by assisting with duties as needed.
• Practice safe food handling and sanitation standards.
