Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking a Server Assistant to warmly welcome guests, seat them using the Table Management System (TMS), and support the service team to ensure guests depart satisfied.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques.
• Ability to process cash, credit card and room charges.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests using the Table Management System (TMS).
• Assist service team to ensure guests leave happy.
• Deliver food and beverages and buss tables as needed.
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions in a courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean server assistant stand and lobby area.
