Pyramid Global Hospitality's Shores Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach area is seeking a Guest Services Agent to create a memorable first impression for guests from arrival through departure. You will assist with luggage, offer local knowledge, and ensure a warm welcome that sets the tone for an exceptional stay.

The role emphasizes engaging service, smooth check-ins, and teamwork with the front desk and valet. A friendly personality and strong communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service with genuine interest.
• Welcome all guests as bell attendant/guest services attendant.
• Greet arriving guests and open doors as they arrive at the resort/hotel.
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in.
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested.
• Escort guests and luggage to their rooms, explaining amenities.
• Collaborate to ensure a personalized guest experience.
• Assist lobby area in keeping entrance area clean and organized.
• Be the difference with guests and staff; exceed the norm.
