Job summary

POWDR and Mt. Bachelor are seeking a Guest Services Agent to sell and fulfill tickets, season passes, rentals and tours at a busy resort POS. You will deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting and help guests navigate products and services offered across the resort.

The role requires strong computer skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure while collaborating with a professional team to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to handle high guest contact.
• Proficiency with POS systems and computer operations.
• Knowledge of Mt. Bachelor products, services and locations.
• Ability to work well under stress and with the public.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and initiate positive interactions.
• Assist guests with product/service choices and keep them informed.
• Complete transactions accurately using POS and payments.
• Book Zipline Tours, Rafting, and RV reservations as needed.
• Provide basic knowledge of rentals, tickets, and services.
• Support the team and communicate department needs.
