Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a part-time Guest Services Agent for Wingspread Retreat & Executive Conference Center in Racine, WI. The role focuses on delivering warm, personalized service to guests from around the world, assisting with luggage, and guiding them to rooms and amenities.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems and work in a team.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, engaging approach and provide hotel information.
• Assist guests with luggage and direct them to rooms and amenities.
• Escort and orient guests to front desk for check-in and assist with vehicle parking.
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance area and deliver personalized service.
• Collaborate with team to create memorable experiences and WOW moments.
