Responsibilities

• Check guests in and register, noting special requests accurately.
• Provide knowledge about hotel amenities and local area.
• Resolve issues to WOW guests and handle recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services.
• Coordinate with other departments and relay information to management.
• Follow procedures for postings, charges, and refunds.
• Maintain a house bank and ensure accurate cash handling.
