Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Agent for a part-time, second shift at Wingspread Retreat & Executive Conference Center on the shores of Lake Michigan. • Minimum one year of experience in a customer-service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for at least six months.
• Hospitable, engaging personality with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to stand for the duration of a full shift, traveling between the reception, lobby, and valet areas.
• Ability to solve problems on the spot and work effectively in a team.
• Flexible availability for a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation
