Job summary

You will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance, maintain knowledge of brand offerings, and uphold AML/BSA policies while delivering professional service during weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest service experience is encouraged.
• Strong computer skills including email and booking software.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, chats, and guest messages professionally.
• Provide accurate responses on reservations, details, pricing, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Take and input reservations accurately using company software.
• Escalate guest issues to appropriate departments as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for schedules and needs.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Complete general administrative tasks and data entry.
• Check voicemails and emails and respond promptly.
