DG GLASS is seeking a high-performing Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, process orders, and enter data across multiple systems.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work across CRM and order-entry platforms, with schedules including early morning hours and weekends.

Onsite in Tampa, with benefits such as 401k match, health coverage, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume call center or data processing environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Open availability 5:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST.

Responsabilités

• Take emails and phone calls for guest service orders and enter orders into the system.
• Accurately process orders and updates across multiple systems.
• Navigate between CRM, order entry, and workflow systems simultaneously.
• Document interactions in real time with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and performance metrics.
