Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms and park spaces to guests; issues keys and escort instructions to Bellstaff.
• Maintains records of room availability and guest accounts; posts charges to the ledger; collects payment.
• Books and confirms reservations; delivers mail and messages for guests.
• Responds to inquiries about Hotel and RV Park services and guest registration.
• Schedules restaurant, transportation, and entertainment reservations; arranges room tours upon request.
