Job summary

InTown Lessee Services LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative in Corpus Christi, TX. The role covers all front office duties when the General Manager is unavailable and requires professional, courteous guest interactions with accurate cash handling and computer proficiency.

You will respond to guest needs, assist with reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and ensure the front desk remains organized and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations or guest services.
• Ability to read and interpret reports and hotel information.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills for revenue and balancing cash.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Represent hotel professionally and maintain guest confidentiality.
• Proficiently operate computer systems and property management software.
• Respond to guest issues promptly and escalate to GM as needed.
• Assist in bank deposits during GM absence when required.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure security and safety standards.
