Job summary

The Bower Coronado is seeking a professional front desk associate to provide friendly registration, checkout, and cashiering services for guests. You will balance cash, handle deposits, and maintain a house bank while promoting upsell opportunities and confirming VIP and special requests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, logging requests, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless stay. A high level of customer service and accuracy is expected.
